          SOOOOOO SO SO SO SO GOOD!!!! I bought a loaf at the Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano and as soon as I got home my family started pulling large pieces off and devouring! The crust is perfectly crunchy and the inside is so chewy delicious. The texture and taste is incredible and crave worthy!!!! Gimme more!

          I am a bread lover and have found the sourdough country loaf and the sesame seeded boule to be among the best loaves of bread I have ever encountered in Orange County. Keep them in a linen bag and they will last a week. Or freeze them wrapped tightly in a paper bag and plastic bag and they taste great when defrosted a few weeks later.
