We are so lucky to be living in a “golden grain state” and take full advantage of it. We have teamed up with The Tehachapi Heritage Grain Project where we receive some of the best grain in the country. Tehachapi aims to preserve and grow heritage organic grains which are naturally drought tolerant and low in gluten.
We believe that supporting Tehachapi Grain Project and farmers like them, is what is needed to create a future for sustainable Agro Farming.
Our bakery connects the farmers to the customer by freshly milling whole Heirloom grains everyday and putting them into everything you eat!
