We also do holiday Pre Orders directly on our website. Make sure to sign up for our newsletter for launch dates on preorders.

Bread + pastry: although our fermenting process breaks down most gluten & carbohydrates, leaving it easier to digest, the bread isn’t gluten-free.

Deli: other than our sandwiches, wraps & products containing farro, our items are gluten free.

Granola: it’s always good to double check as our recipes change every now & then, but our granola is made from gluten-free oats.

We suggest wrapping your bread tightly with a kitchen towel and leaving it out on the counter. This will keep your bread fresh for 2-4 days.

You can also freeze your loaf and enjoy later. Simply slice it before wrapping it tightly or storing in an airtight container and freezing for up to 4 months.

While we are careful to use only organic ingredients, we are not certified.

The sourcing of all of our ingredients is something we take very seriously. We work only with biodynamic and organic farmers who practice ethical and sustainable farming in California. We visit and often lend a hand to agriculture we believe in. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in our foods. Everything is organic & of the standard our food-conscious crew is proud to eat.
