Prep instructions for
SOURDOUGH PIZZA DOUGH

Take your dough out 30 minutes before you wish to use it.

Pre-heat your oven to 500F (with a baking stone inside if you have one).

Shape the dough into a circle on a floured surface.

Before transferring the dough, coat a baking sheet or pizza paddle with corn meal to prevent sticking.

Brush some olive oil over the crust & top as you please.

Bake for about 12 minutes.
